What happens, and who does it.

Choose a tier to see its steps. The clock starts when we have everything we need, not when you sign, so a timeline we give you is one we can keep.

Ready-made: about 2 weeks from when we have everything. We take on one build at a time, so we confirm your start date before you sign.

Enquire and agree
A one-minute enquiry. We reply within 48 hours with a proposal. When you are happy, a simple agreement and a 50% deposit.

Send your photos and details
Pick a design and colours, then one short form and an upload link for your photographs and any words you want used. The two weeks start when we have everything.

Check your site
We build it and check every page against the rules. You look it over on a private preview and tell us any changes, once.
Us
Go live
You approve it and pay the other 50%. We connect your domain, switch it on, and look after it. The first month of care is included.

Five checkpoints

Each stage has a checkpoint. They protect you as much as us: nothing is built on guesses, and nothing goes live unchecked.

The agreement, how we handle your data, and the 50% deposit. No work starts before this.

Everything received
Your build is booked only when every detail is in, and your timeline starts here. Most delays come from missing details, so we sort them first.
Checkpoint 3
Design approvedBespoke
Bespoke only. You choose your design direction before we build the whole site.
Checkpoint 4
Checks passed
An automated check of every page, a fresh review against your design brief, done separately from the build, and our own review. Only then do you see a preview.
Checkpoint 5
Approved and paid
Your written approval of the site and its clinical wording, and the final 50%. Your site goes live after this, never before.
